  • Somatic sessions focus on the body as the gateway to healing. We explore physical sensations, tension, and patterns stored in the nervous system, using gentle movement, breathwork, and guided awareness to help release stress and trauma. Each session is tailored to your needs and pace—there’s no “one-size-fits-all.”

  • Trauma and chronic stress live in the body, often showing up as tension, anxiety, overthinking, or burnout. Somatic practices and nervous system regulation are rooted in research showing that the body can be gently guided back to balance through awareness, movement, and safe release. Healing is supported by both neuroscience and experiential therapy practices.

  • Your engagement outside of sessions can support progress. I provide guided exercises, journaling prompts, and somatic practices to help integrate the work. The goal is to give you tools for self-regulation and lasting change—but you move at your own pace.

  • Healing is never a guaranteed outcome. What I can promise is a safe space, guidance, and tools to help your nervous system and mind restore balance. The transformation comes from the work you put in, both during and between sessions.
