With a dedicated in-studio location and online options available, you can choose the environment that feels best for your body. Both allow for steady, focused nervous system support.

Sessions are one on one and held either online or in the dedicated studio space at Grounded Connections in Okotoks, Alberta. Both settings offer privacy and a supportive environment where your body can settle, open, and communicate without pressure.

Online sessions allow you to work with me from anywhere, making this option flexible, accessible, and ideal for clients outside the local area or those who feel most comfortable at home. The work remains just as effective, with real time guidance and a calm, steady pace.

In studio sessions take place in a quiet, neutral environment intentionally chosen to support nervous system regulation. This space allows you to arrive, slow down, and focus fully on what your body is communicating.

At this time, I work individually with women. In certain situations, I may also offer sessions for pairs, which we explore together to ensure the structure feels safe and appropriate for everyone involved.
