With a dedicated in-studio location and online options available, you can choose the environment that feels best for your body. Both allow for steady, focused nervous system support.

Sessions are offered one on one and are held either online or in a dedicated studio space at Grounded Connections in Okotoks, Alberta. Both options provide privacy and a supportive environment where your body can settle, open, and communicate without pressure.

In studio sessions take place in a quiet, neutral environment intentionally chosen to support nervous system regulation. This space allows you to arrive, slow down, and focus fully on what your body is communicating without outside demands or distraction.

At this time, I work individually with women. In certain situations, sessions for pairs may be offered and are explored collaboratively to ensure the structure feels safe, appropriate, and supportive for everyone involved.

Online sessions allow you to work with me from anywhere. This option is flexible and accessible, and is often ideal for clients outside the local area or those who feel most comfortable in their own space. The work remains just as effective, with real time guidance, attuned pacing, and nervous system support throughout the session.
