About Me

I trained through the Psychology Institute of California in partnership with the Aura Institute to become a certified Integrative Trauma Practitioner, with a focus on integration, safety, pacing, and awareness as the foundation of healing. I am also a certified 200 hour Iyengar Yoga teacher and have studied Dialectical Behaviour Therapy skills. These trainings, combined with my lived experience, allow me to weave together somatic awareness, movement, mindfulness, and practical tools in a way that is science based and trauma informed, yet also compassionate and body led. Each person receives support that reflects their own story, their own pace, and their own goals. In one on one sessions, whether online or local, we create a path that feels safe and supportive while allowing your body’s natural wisdom to guide the process. My role is not to fix you, but to walk alongside you as you build nervous system capacity, release what has been held, and discover a steadier, more connected way of being.

As an Integrative Trauma Practitioner, my work is centered on the body and the breath. I am not a therapist. Instead, I guide trauma informed practices that help you reconnect with your nervous system, release stored tension, and gently integrate what the body has carried.

For me this work is both deeply personal and professional. Years of reproductive health challenges, a hysterectomy in 2023, and the realization that my nervous system was at the root of my anxiety, sleepless nights, chronic pain, and unprocessed trauma shifted the course of my life. My cortisol levels were more than 200 percent above what they should have been, and my body was literally speaking through symptoms. When I began to understand this connection, healing no longer felt like something outside of me — it became about listening, slowing down, and allowing my body the safety it had been asking for all along.
