Many people carry stress or difficult experiences in their bodies without realizing it. Trauma can come from childhood, accidents, surgery, medical procedures, or prolonged periods of overwhelm. Everyone experiences it differently. Some notice tension, restless sleep, anxiety, or fatigue. Others notice subtler signals like digestive discomfort, headaches, difficulty concentrating, or feeling “off” in ways that are hard to name. Chronic stress can even affect immunity and overall health. You are not alone, and it is possible to create a safe space to explore what your body might be holding.
Through somatic experiencing and trauma-informed coaching, I guide clients in reconnecting with their bodies in a gentle, non-judgmental, and inclusive way. Sessions are paced to your comfort, focusing on breath, movement, and subtle sensations. This is not about fixing what is wrong or revisiting experiences in unsafe ways. Instead, the work helps your nervous system repair, integrate, and move toward balance. Small shifts — a deeper breath, tension softening, a moment of presence — can gradually support emotional resilience, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.
My approach is grounded in kindness, patience, and understanding. I know how overwhelming life can feel when your nervous system is on high alert, and I create a space where you can feel seen, supported, and safe. Every session is guided by your body’s needs, allowing you to notice change at your own pace, build awareness, and carry tools with you to support your nervous system outside of our time together. My goal is to help you feel steadier, more grounded, and more connected to yourself, without judgment, comparison, or pressure.
This work is different from traditional talk therapy. Instead of focusing on analyzing thoughts or stories, we focus on the body, sensations, and nervous system to create change from the inside out. I look forward to supporting you through this new experience, guiding you gently toward greater balance, ease, and presence in your daily life.
